It is correct for Jeep CJ CJ5 CJ7 and Scrambler models manufactured between 1981 and 1983, 1979-1980 GM cars, and 1980-1983 AMC vehicles when equipped with the General Motors "Iron Duke" 2.5L 151 CID 4 cylinder engine. Note: this part is not correct for AMC vehicles with the AMC/Chrysler developed 2.5L engine. Please contact us if you need help determining which engine you have. Installation Note
Make sure you drain and flush the entire fueling system, from tank to carburetor, and replace the fuel filter before attempting to install this part. Contaminated (old) fuel will quickly destroy fuel system components including this one and will void the warranty.
