Fitted Block for 1984-1987 Honda Civic CRX DX with 1488cc EW1/D15A1 engine

This is a fitted block Honda EW1/D15A2 engine, correct for 1984 - 1987 Civic / Si / CRX models equipped with the 1488cc L4 engine.   "Fitted block" means this is a bare block, with correctly sized pistons and rings in the cylinders.  This engine has been bored out +0.5mm and comes with new correct sized pistons/rings already installed, but no other internal engine parts are included.  The EW series engine was renamed to the D15A series in 1987, so an EW1 became a D15A1.  One benefit to the buyer is these engines are small and light enough that we can ship you the fitted block as shown without having to use freight shipping, a significant cost savings to you.  This part has been professionally remanufactured by Topline Automotive Engineering.
