This is one remanufactured Delco Rochester 2G carburetor. We received these in boxes from Carburetor Rebuilders Inc (CRI, a now defunct company that rebuilt carburetors). The part number on the box was CV440, which was CRI's part number for the rebuilt unit. We have a CRI catalog, however it does not include this particular part number, so we are unable to identify specific fitment information. Here's what we do know: this is a remanufactured Rochester 2G carburetor that was originally made prior to 1968 (1968 and on the carburetor had a Rochester part number stamped into the side of the float bowl. Prior to 1968, the part number was on a metal tag held in place by one of the screws that hold the air horn on, and (you guessed it) the metal tag was removed by the rebuilder). It does not look like a 2GC or 2GV model, since there is no provision for mounting an electronic choke, so this is a 2G.
Make sure you drain and flush the entire fueling system, from tank to carburetor, and replace the fuel filter before attempting to install this part. Contaminated (old) fuel will quickly destroy fuel system components including this one.
We regret we are unable to accept returns on parts that contact engine fluids (e.g. Fuel, Coolant, Brake Fluid, Oil, DEF, etc.) or have been installed on a vehicle. We are also unable to accept returns on any electrical parts.
