Refund policy
Returns
We will accept returns for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase for items sold on this site. The cost to a customer for returning a product will depend on the classification of the return; please see Returns for Convenience and Returns for Defect below. Prior to starting a return, please contact us; items returned to us without an assigned Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.
Returns for Convenience
Returns are classified as Returns for Convenience based on the reason for the return, as provided by the customer and agreed to by us. The buyer pays the cost to ship back the item to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and provided it is in the same condition in which we shipped it, we will refund the original purchase price less a 10% restocking fee via the original form of payment. Neither the original shipping or return shipping costs are refundable for returns for convenience.
Reasons that define Returns for Convenience are:
- Better price found elsewhere
- Customer changed their mind as to wanting the item
- Item is no longer needed
- Customer ordered the wrong item
- Reasons we mutually agree constitute a Return for Convenience
Returns for Defect
Returns classified as Returns for Defect are identified by the reason for the return, as provided by the customer and agreed to by us. We pay the cost of having the item shipped back to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and provided it is in the same condition in which we shipped it, we will refund the full original purchase price and the original shipping price via the original form of payment.
Reasons that define Returns for Defect are:
- Items that are damaged or inoperative upon receipt.
- We shipped the wrong item
- The fitment information provided in the item description was incorrect (e.g. we said it would fit, and it did not).
- Reasons we mutually agree constitute a Return for Defect.
Return Procedure
To begin a return, please contact us for a review on your reasons for wishing to return the product. We will work together to agree on a classification for the return (for Convenience or for Defect). We will assign an RMA number to the return. Please do not ship any products back to us without an RMA number; they will not be accepted.
- Buyer will ship the item to our warehouse.
- Upon receipt we will inspect the returned item. In order to be considered for a return, your item must be
- in the same condition that we shipped it in. For new or remanufactured items, this means they must not have been installed in a vehicle, and must not have come in contact with any automotive fluids (including without limitation fuel, oil, grease, DEF, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid)
- in either the original packaging or packaging suitable to protect the item during return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, or parts that contact vehicle fluids (e.g. Fuel, Coolant, Brake Fluid, Oil, DEF, etc.) or have been installed on a vehicle. We are also unable to accept returns on any electrical parts.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will let you know if the return is approved. In the event we agree to refund some or all of your purchase price we will do so using your original payment method.
