This part comes with what you see in the pictures, including 9 of the 10 injectors, both fuel rails, pressure regulators etc.  This part has been stored for many years in a warehouse, is dusty, and some small scuffs or abrasions and some surface rust may therefore be present.  This will not affect the operation of the part.
