This is one remanufactured Carter Thermoquad model 9046S carburetor. Please check the vehicle compatibility information and visually check the picture of the part against the part you are replacing in order to determine if this part is correct for your application.
Note on Condition
Since undergoing the remanufacturing process 40 years ago, this carburetor has been stored in non-climate-controlled facilities. As a result there is some slight surface rust on some of the exposed steel parts. This will not affect operation of the carburetor and can be removed by the buyer if desired.

Installation Note
Please make sure you drain and flush the entire fueling system, from tank to carburetor, and replace the fuel filter before attempting to install this part. Contaminated (old) fuel will quickly destroy fuel system components including this one and will void the warranty.
